Joggers have three wheels instead of four and have a fixed front wheel to help the stroller track straight and glide easily at high speeds. All-terrain strollers for those who like the ruggedness of a three-wheeled stroller but don’t plan on much jogging have a swiveling front wheel (for easy maneuverability) that locks into place for light jogging or power walking.
